• If, for any reason, there is a problem with your order (damaged, incorrect, missing item(s) etc.), please contact me as soon as possible and I will be sure to remedy any issues. I love what I do for a living, it brings me joy! I want my customers to feel that same joy when they open their parcels from me.

• My acrylic jewellery has been glued, etched, painted and resin applied to some items. No handmade item is perfect and flawless. Your item may have tiny amounts of glue or brush strokes on it or minor flaws in the acrylic itself. If it does, these will be minor and unavoidable. In saying that, I won't send anything that is not to my high standard of quality.​
