Domestic Shipping

All items are sent via Australia Post from NSW. Please select your postage options at the checkout.

Processing times

 

• Orders are usually packed and sent in 1-5 business days unless an item is listed as a 'preorder' where the processing time is longer.

• Release nights can be busy! Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be processed. If you desperately need your items sooner, please email me at info@blueravendesigns.com or reply to your confirmation email.

• Preorder items have a longer wait time. Preorder items are NOT in stock and are 'made-to-order'. Turnaround times will be clearly outlined in individual item listings, which is usually 4 weeks processing time (excluding postage transit times) . If you purchase a preorder item with an in-stock item, both/all items will be shipped together when preorder items are ready.

 

 

International Shipping

• I offer worldwide shipping. However, some countries have import restrictions.

• International shipping prices are calculated on weight and location. 

• All international orders are sent via Australia Post.

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or other service charges upon the arrival of their order.

• Please contact or visit your country's governments website for more details on what you may or may not be allowed to import, and what charges are applicable once a purchased item reaches your country.
