Zaddachi's emperor moth (Bunaeopsis zaddachi) is a moth of the family Saturniidae. The species was first described by Hermann Dewitz in 1879. It is known from Africa, including Tanzania.
This stunning, detailed brooch is made from 40 laser-cut and layered acrylic pieces. Each piece is hand assembled and hand painted with care in limited quantities.
It measures 90mm (w) x 52mm (h) with a horizontal locking pin on the back.
Designed, cut and handmade in Australia.
